Keycept's Return, Refund, Replacement, Cancellation and Shipping Policy
At Keycept, we strive to provide the best customer experience. Please read our return, refund, and replacement policy carefully.
Return/Refund/Replacement Request: We reserve the right to reject your return/refund/replacement request if the product being returned appears partially or fully damaged or in used condition. Approval is required for all refunds, replacements, and returns.
Refund: If your product is damaged during transit, you may be eligible for a refund. If you have received a defective product, you may be eligible for a refund. To initiate the process, please provide valid evidence of the damaged product within 48 hours of receiving it. Send relevant photos to email@example.com. Failure to provide evidence within the specified timeframe will result in the product being treated as received in good condition.
Refunds are subject to approval. Once approved, we will process the refund within 21 working days. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction, and the full amount will be refunded to you.
Returns Request: To request a return, please do so within 48 hours of product receipt. After submitting your returns request, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a few pictures of your key and the received product within the next 12 hours.
No Refund for Wrong Orders/Purchases: We do not offer refunds for purchases made in error or for wrong orders. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
Damaged/Missing Parts Product: If the product you received is damaged or the product has some missing part as described in images of the product. we offer return and replacement options. To proceed, provide valid evidence of the unsuitable product by sending relevant photos to email@example.com within 12 hours of raising the returns request. We will review your request and respond within 5 working days.
Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE.
Payments made with COD option will receive store credit equivalent to the amount paid by you, which can be used anytime.

If you wish for a replacement, you will need to bear the shipping charges (Rs. 100) for returning the unsuitable product to us. Keycept does not arrange reverse pick-up requests. We will process the replacement once we receive the returned product, and you will not be charged extra for shipping the replacement adjusting the cost.
A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted at the time of replacement per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means that if an order contains multiple items, only a single deduction of Rs 100 will be made for the entire order, not on each individual item.
Incorrect Product Shipment: In the event that we mistakenly ship the wrong product, please return it to Keycept. To initiate the return process, contact us at email@example.com and provide the following information: 1) Invoice scanned copy, 2) Photo of your car keys, 3) Photo of the wrong product received. We will initiate the re-shipping process within 2-4 working days and communicate with you via email.
Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. Orders will not be cancelled after dispatch.
REFUNDS FOR FREE PRODUCT DEALS
Any items purchased during a Sale or any such promotions wherein free products are included, such orders will not be eligible for any returns.
We will ship your order within 24 hours on working days. Shipping will be delayed on Sundays and other government holidays. You will receive a tracking link along with you order over the Email and other notification channel. In case of any delay in you order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping of orders for Return & Replacement:
Please ensure the items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit and the ORDER ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the packaging. All items must be in unused condition and packaging intact.
